PRIVATE LESSONS
A private lesson with an instructor lasts one hour, of which 55 minutes are dedicated to learning. During this time, the instructor is entirely at the student's disposal. It is the best and most intensive form of training, where the instructor's full attention is focused on passing on theoretical and practical knowledge to the student. Lessons are tailored individually to the physical fitness and skills of the participants.
